Ready In Minutes!

Crumblz:

No Cook: 

Soak: Add 1 cup hot water to seasoned crumblz & soak 10 minutes.  That's it!

Stove Top:

Soak: Add 1 cup hot water to seasoned crumblz & soak 3 minutes. 

Sizzle: Pan Fry the seasoned crumblz in 2 tbsp oil for 3 minutes or until desired texture.  

 

Bitez:

Soak: Add 1 cup hot water to seasoned bitez & soak 3 minutes. Make sure bitez are fully saturated. 

Sizzle: In 1-2 Tbsp oil, pan fry the seasoned bites in non stick pan until bitez are golden and a little crispy on sides. Optional and awesome: Slather on your favourite sauce.

 

Serve:  In all your favourite recipes for more protein!   Tacos, burritos, chili, meatloaf, lasagna, pasta, bowls, salads, stirfries, chili, pho, enchiladas, fajitas, nachos, pizza, chick'n, curries, smoothies and anything else you whip up!
