High Protein Teriyaki Fried Rice

Ingredients: 

Protein Crumblz - Mushroom Boost Bites (37g)

Soak: Stir bites & spices into 1 cup hot water.  Make sure bites are saturated. Soak at least 3 min.

Sizzle: Heat 2 Tbsp oil in non-stick pan over med-high heat.  Add seasoned bites, stirring until nicely browned and crispy!

Teriyaki Glaze
- 4 TBSP coconut aminos (soy free sauce) or use soy sauce
- 2 tsp of mirin (or rice wine vinegar)
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp corn flour mixed with 1 tbsp water

Fluffy Fried Rice
- 2 cups of cooked rice (3/4 cup of dried rice)
- 1.5 Tbsp coconut aminos (soy free sauce)
- oyster sauce (or fish sauce)
- white parts of the spring onions
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- corn
- peas
- 1 egg

Garnishes
- green parts of spring onion
- sesame seeds

Storage & Heating ♨️
- Store for up to 5 days in the fridge
- To reheat, microwave for 3 minutes partially covered.
