My husband is vegan and I am mostly vegan! As the main cook I am always looking for natural helpers to make my life easier! When looking to see if I could find a Canadian company that makes soy curls, I came across this company!
We tried the Shakshuka yesterday and we were surprised how delish it was. I sauteed mushrooms, onion and green peppers, then added the tomatoes and package as instructed. We served it with green onion, fresh avocado and cilantro and I had sour cream on the side. I also made diced sweet potato in the air fryer as a side. we were both so surprised how delicious this was because it didn't look that great when serving it out, until we put the toppers on! This will become a repeat when we are making a big breakfast!

this is terrific .. happy to have found it .. so great for veg/veg .. tough to find quality protein .. tasty too .. not overly .. just adds a nice flavour .. thank you again ladies .. keep going
